Tuition Payment Options for All Students PreK-Grade 12:

 

Option 1: Single Payment Plan (4% discount)

Payment due in full by June 16, 2020, or within 10 days after new enrollment. The 4% discount does not apply to facility and book fees. Fees must accompany full payment of tuition. Offer void if payment not received by deadline: June 16, 2020.

 

Option 2: 10-Month Payment Plan (payments 8/2020 thru 5/2021)

Option 3: 12-Month Payment Plan (payments 8/2020 thru 7/2021)

 

  • After July 31, 2020, payments and fees are non-refundable.

  • Facility fee can be included in monthly payment plans.

  • New Enrolling families must complete a FACTS contract.

  • GCA participates in the EdChoice, Jon Peterson Special Needs and Autism scholarship programs for qualified students based on available space and staffing. Families are responsible for any portion of tuition and fees not covered by the EdChoice, Jon Peterson and Autism scholarship programs.

All Preschool students must be toilet trained.

 

A sibling discount (Preschool–12th Grade) of 10% for the second student and 20% for each additional student

will be applied. Tuition discount pricing is calculated based on the full price for the oldest student enrolled. Families

with students already enrolled in GCA are given priority during Open Enrollment for newly applying students.
