  • The annual tuition amounts listed do not reflect the actual amount owed after the EdChoice Scholarship is applied. EdChoice Scholarship amounts vary by grade and income level. OCEN Scholarships are based on family financial need. Scholarship amounts will be applied to the payment plan once a scholarship is approved.

  • If a payment is due before a scholarship is received/awarded, the payment amount will NOT reflect that scholarship. All scholarships will be applied to the balance due and spread evenly throughout the remaining payments. Send an email to: scholarships@genoachristianacademy.org with questions.

  • Kindergarten students must be 5 years old by August 1 of the enrolling school year.

  • Families with students already enrolled in GCA are given priority during the Protected Re-enrollment period for newly applying students in the same family (siblings). Current GCA families will enroll first-time siblings through their FACTS Family Portal.

K-5th Grade New Student and Re-enrolling Student Fees

  • New Student Application Fee (one-time, non-refundable, paid online during the application process): $250

​​

  • Re-Enrolling Student Registration Fee (non-refundable): $150 (or $100 if re-enrolled before February 1).

​

  • Per-Student Fee: $600 (for curriculum, facility and security)

​

6th-12th Grade New Student and Re-enrolling Student Fees

​​

  • New Student Application Fee (one-time, non-refundable, paid online during the application process): $250

​

  • Re-Enrolling Student Registration Fee (non-refundable): $150 (or $100 if               re-enrolled before February 1).

  • Per-Student Fee: $1,500 (annual fee for curriculum, facility, lunches and security)

​

Note: Per-Student Fee may be included in FACTS tuition payment plan.

Preschool Fees

Re-Enrolling Student Registration Fee (non-refundable): $150 (or $100 if                re-enrolled before February 1).

Per-Student Fee: (facility, materials and security)
2 full day students: $210
3 half-day students: $160
3 full-day students: $320
5 full-day students: $530
 
Fees are non-refundable. Per-Student Fee can be included in monthly payment plans. Fees are calculated based on 5% of tuition.

Tuition Payment Options & Policies: Preschool - 12th Grade

 

  • Option One: Pay in Full

    • Payment of fee must accompany full payment of tuition.

    • If balance is not paid by the first day of school, the payment plan will be changed to a monthly plan.

  • Option Two: 12-Month Payment Plan 

    • Payments will run August through July

 

  • After July 31, payments are non-refundable.

​​

  • The Per-Student fees can be included in the payment plan.

​​

  • All families must enroll in the FACTS payment program and complete a FACTS financial contract upon admission and/or re-enrollment.

​​

  • GCA participates in the EdChoice, Jon Peterson Special Needs and Autism scholarship programs for qualified students based on available space and staffing. Families are responsible for all fees and any portion of tuition not covered by the EdChoice, Jon Peterson, and Autism scholarship programs.

​​

  • Withdrawal BEFORE the school year begins:

 

- Withdraw from 3/1 – 5/31: 10% of tuition for coming year due

- Withdraw from 6/1 – 7/31: 15% of tuition for coming year due

- Withdraw from 8/1 – 1st day of school: 20% of tuition for coming  year due

 

  • Withdrawal DURING the school year:

 

- Withdraw during 1st quarter – 25% of annual tuition due

- Withdraw during 2nd quarter – 50% of annual tuition due

- Withdraw during 3rd quarter – 75% of annual tuition due

- Withdraw during 4th quarter – 100% of annual tuition due
