Sherry Atkinson has been involved in the Genoa athletic department for 11 years. She has coached girls volleyball and girls basketball throughout those years. She was also Assistant Athletic Director for four years and basketball camp director for six years. Durning her time at Genoa, she has led the girls volleyball team to be the first undefeated team in the schools history, as well as the first COAL league championship in the school’s history. Her volleyball teams have made it to the tournament championship game three out of her six years of coaching.
Sherry is married to Joey and they have two children and reside in Westerville.
