Keri Rammelsberg graduated from Westerville North HIgh School as a 12 letter recipient in Cross-Country, Basketball and Track. Keri went on to run for Kent State University specializing in Long Jump and Triple Jump and also training as a decathlete. Kerri was assistant track coach at Olentangy High School in the early 90′s and has coached basketball for Upward and for the Gahanna Christian Academy Girls High School team. Kerri and her co-coaches started the GCA track program as a club two years ago and became a team last season.
Kerri is married to Joe and they have three children. She works part time at Northside Fellowship church as the Visual Arts Project Manager. She also is a professional photographer.
Joe Rammelsberg graduated from Big Walnut High School. He was an eight letter recipient in Basketball and Track. Joe went on to run track for Ashland University specializing in the High Jump. Joe is a Fugitive Investigator for the State of Ohio Adult Parole Authority.
John Buckles is excited to return to GCA for his second year with the track team. John ran track and cross country in high school and has continued to stay active in running by completing 11 marathons and 30 half marathons. John enjoys the co-ed nature of track and field and the sport’s potential to build long-lasting endurance, character and discipline.
John is married to Sally and they have four children. He received his undergraduate and masters degree from Indiana State University. He is currently serves as a Pastor at Heritage Christian Church.
