Parents In Touch

As followers of Christ, we are instructed to pray without ceasing, which is one of the reasons GCA offers Parents in Touch—a group of parents who meet for 30-40 minutes each Wednesday morning to pray for our students, families, staff and school.

The Bible says in 1 John 5:14-15 (NIV): “This is the confidence we have in approaching God: that if we ask anything according to his will, he hears us. And if we know that he hears us—whatever we ask—we know that we have what we asked of him.” With this in mind, we encourage you to join us!

If you are unable to attend each week, please come when your schedule permits. If you have young children, bring them along with a few toys and a snack. The group is flexible and accommodating.

WHEN:           Wednesdays, 8:30 a.m.

WHERE:         Art Room, near the Chapel (behind the main school office)

NOTE:            Please sign in and receive a visitor’s badge at the main office.

It is our deep desire to provide a continual covering of prayer over our students and school. We can’t think of a better use of 30 minutes per week—can you?  Please join us and get to know some of your fellow GCA parents. If you aren’t comfortable praying aloud in a group, you are welcome to pray silently.

GCA Prayer Box

Please feel free to use the prayer box in the Elementary School office or drop off prayer requests to the main school office and we will be happy to pray confidentially for your request. You may also send requests to gca@genoabaptist.org, attn: Parents in Touch.
