History

Genoa Christian Academy started as a vision from the first day the church came into existence.  The founders of the church had a desire to broaden the outreach of the church to include missions and Christian education as they were looking ahead to the next generation of leadership for the Kingdom of God.

GCA opened its doors in 2000.  A new modern addition was added to the south end of the church building in 2002 to accommodate the growing student population and enhanced educational programs.

God has blessed GCA throughout the years with an increasing student population and opportunities for program enrichment.   The Middle School program has seen the addition of interscholastic sports competition in soccer, volleyball, basketball, and track and field events.  Students now also enjoy enrichment clubs such as fencing and archery.

We continue to move forward with hopeful anticipation of the great things that God has in store for GCA.

Today, Genoa Christian Academy is chartered and has over 320 students in its preschool, elementary, middle school and high school program.
