Tuition Payment Options for 9th
Option 1 – Single Payment Plan (4% discount)
· Payment is due in full to Genoa Christian Academy by June 22, 2009
or within 10 days after new enrollment.
· The 4% discount does not apply to facility and book fees. These fees must accompany full payment of tuition.
· This offer is void if payment is not received by the deadline date of June 22, 2009.
Option 2 – 10 Month Payment Plan (payments run 8/09 thru 5/10)
· Current GCA Families who are reenrolling may either:
A. Check FACTS box on the reenrollment form
B. Complete the FACTS Change Form and return with reenrollment paperwork
· New Enrolling families will need to complete carbonated FACTS form
Option 3 – 12 Month Payment Plan (payments 8/09 thru 7/10)
· Current GCA Families who are reenrolling may either:
A. Check FACTS box on the reenrollment form
B. Complete the FACTS Change Form and return with reenrollment paperwork
· New Enrolling families will need to complete carbonated FACTS form
NOTE: After July 5th, a withdrawal fee of 1/6 of the annual tuition for the student’s grade level will be
assessed. Book fee will be refunded on a prorated basis.
Any change in payment plan option after June22nd will result in a $25 processing fee.
Student Registration and School Fees:
· New Student Application Fee (one time, non refundable) $ 50.00
· New Student Registration Fee (due at student assessment) $ 150.00
· Re-Enrolling Student Registration Fee (non-refundable) $ 100.00
· Book Fee (per student 9th) $ 195.00
· Annual Facility Fee (per family enrolled) $ 150.00
